President-elect Donald Trump’s choice of Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz to serve as attorney general sent shockwaves through the Justice Department and both sides of the political aisle Wednesday. Gaetz, who was the subject of a federal sex trafficking investigation that ended without charges, has regularly attacked the DOJ and the FBI. NBC’s Laura Jarrett reports for TODAY.
