Wallace, once the White House communications director for former President George W. Bush, said the Republican nominee is “waving a red flag in front of the country in these final 16 days, saying, ‘Look how batshit crazy I can be.’”
Wallace urged Trump’s followers to realize how disturbing his antics have been in the homestretch against Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.
“If you’ve already voted for Trump, I think God will forgive you,” Wallace said. “But if you haven’t made that mistake yet, he’s making a fool of you.”
“He thinks you want to hear him weave, as he says, and talk about Arnold Palmer’s penis as a metaphor for his virility,” she continued. “But, again, I was in a sorority, and the only men who ever talk about the size of anyone’s penis are the ones who are projecting some insecurity about their own. So here we are, 16 days to go, and this is Donald Trump’s message to his base.”
At a Pennsylvania rally over the weekend, the former president riffed on how the late Palmer impressed fellow golfers when he showered with them. The detour earned Trump widespread mockery, while top Republican allies like Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) dodged questions about his remarks or downplayed them. Wallace had used Johnson’s response as a springboard for her comments.
“I used to say that where we are is that the Republican Party will say everything’s fine as long as Donald Trump hasn’t taken out his pee-pee and played with it on TV,” Wallace said. “We’re there. I mean, he’s talking about Arnold Palmer’s penis on TV.”
“It’s uncomfortable, it’s disgusting,” she added.
Fast forward to 1:30 for her plea to Trump voters:
