Cloud-based security technology startup Brivo Inc. today announced the launch of Brivo Security Suite, a unified platform that simplifies security management by integrating access control, video intelligence, visitor management and intrusion detection into one centralized system.
The new suite allows enterprises to streamline risk management through a single user interface and consolidated incident management, along with offering a common identity backbone for all connected applications.
The suite has been designed to help enterprise teams who face complex physical and cybersecurity threats. Brivo argues that as security is being asked to play a larger role in operational systems that contribute to efficiency, profitability and occupant experience, meeting compliance requirements has become more challenging due to the growing number of information systems used by enterprises.
Brivo Security Suite addresses these challenges through a unified platform that features pre-built integrations to hundreds of vertical software stacks and can scale to thousands of enterprise facilities. The suite integrates systems such as access control, video intelligence and intrusion detection under a single management interface to allow enterprises to better respond to threats, improve the performance of operational systems, and more easily ensure compliance.
“Software platform consolidation is one of the highest return investments that enterprises can make in their information systems infrastructure and that’s why we built Brivo Security Suite,” said founder and Chief Executive Steve Van Till. “It unifies security applications, credentials, data collection and analytics, giving customers a much more powerful tool for managing assets across wide geographies.”
The Brivo Security Suite delivers benefits, including unified security, scalability, and information technology and operational technology integration that streamlines enterprise risk management. The suite provides a single view of security applications, supports cloud-based scalability across thousands of locations and allows for deep automation through application programming interface connections.
Additionally, the suite strengthens compliance and cybersecurity with Service Organization Control 2 and International Organization for Standardization 2700 certifications to ensure robust data protection. The suite’s advanced data analysis capabilities deliver real-time alerts, anomaly detection and key insights, helping enterprises improve awareness, mitigate risks and optimize security operations.
Brivo is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $92 million over three rounds, including a round in May 2023. Investors in the company include SECOM Co. Ltd., Runway Growth Capital, Egis Capital Partners and Dichossois Capital Management.
