The stock market briefly popped off its lows shortly after the open on Friday, but a slight rebound in stocks hit by President Donald Trump’s latest tariff threats didn’t last long. The Dow was down nearly 400 points, or 0.9%. The Nasdaq Composite was down 1.4%.
