SingleFile Technologies, a legal tech startup based in Seattle that helps companies file compliance reports with government agencies, raised $9 million in new funding. LawSites first reported on the funding.
- The 6-year-old startup, originally incubated out of Seattle’s Pioneer Square Labs, serves law firms and others that use SingleFile’s software to help clients file documents to local, state, and federal offices.
- Foundry Group led the latest round of funding. SingleFile raised a separate $6.5 million round last year.
- Former ProQuest exec Sean Flynn founded SingleFile and is currently chief legal officer. SingleFile is led by CEO Aaron Finn, who previously founded and led AdReady.
