The county clerk in one of Michigan’s smallest counties made a voting tabulation mistake in 2020, quickly corrected it and had planned to retire from the job after the 2024 election, her decision based in part on death threats. But as NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports, the issue of election denialism prompted Sheryl Guy to run again.
